Using this website

The content here is general information about studying in the UK, the USA, Germany, Ireland and Canada. Admissions and immigration rules change often. We take care to keep it accurate, but it is not advice for your individual circumstances and should not be relied on as such. For that, speak to us.

Our services

What we agree

Services are provided under a written agreement that sets out what is included, the fee, and how either side can end it. We confirm all of this before you commit to anything. Where a student is under 18, a parent or guardian must be party to the agreement.

Fees

Our fees are set out in your written agreement. University application fees, visa fees, the Immigration Health Surcharge, test fees, deposits and tuition are paid by you directly to the organisation concerned, and are not part of our fee.

What we do and do not guarantee

We guarantee that the work described in your agreement will be carried out carefully and professionally, and that our advice will be honest, including when it is not what you hoped to hear.

We do not and cannot guarantee an offer from any university, a scholarship, or the grant of any visa or permit. Those decisions are made by universities, funders and governments.

Immigration matters

Premiea is an education consultancy, not a law firm. We help students prepare complete and accurate student visa applications. Where a case needs regulated immigration advice or representation, we will tell you and refer you to an authorised adviser.

Your responsibilities

• Giving us information that is complete, accurate and honest
• Meeting deadlines we agree together, and telling us promptly of any changes
• Writing your own personal statements and essays. We coach and edit; we do not write them for you
• Submitting your own applications and visa forms through your own accounts

Submitting false or misleading information to a university or government can have serious consequences, including visa refusal and bans. We will not take part in it, and we will end our services if asked to.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with our services is limited to the fees you have paid us. We are not liable for decisions made by universities, funders or governments.

Your statutory rights

If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, including any right to cancel within 14 days of agreeing to a service at a distance.

Complaints

Tell us. Email info@premiea.co.uk and we will acknowledge within one working day and respond in full within ten.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
