Seven stages, and you
approve every one.
This is the full detail. The short version is four stages and lives on the homepage — most people do not need this page, and that is fine.
The process
From first call
to quarterly review.
- 01
Discovery and initial consultation
We establish what your business actually needs, what has been tried before, and what the numbers look like today. This includes access to your analytics, ad accounts and CRM so the baseline is real rather than estimated.
- 02
Strategy development
Audience, positioning, channel mix and keyword or campaign targets. Written down, with the reasoning visible, so you can disagree with it before we act on it.
- 03
Planning and proposal
A specific plan: what will be produced, in what volume, by when, at what budget, and what result it is expected to produce.
- 04
Implementation
Delivery against the plan, on an agreed calendar, with approval points where your input is genuinely needed and nowhere it is not.
- 05
Monitoring and optimisation
Continuous adjustment based on what the data shows rather than what was assumed at the outset. Budget moves toward what works.
- 06
Reporting and review
Monthly, fortnightly or weekly depending on your package. Leading with enquiries, cost per lead and return — never with impressions.
- 07
Continuous improvement
Quarterly review of the strategy itself, not just its execution. Markets move; the plan should move with them.
What we need from you
Five things, and none of them are onerous.
We would rather set the expectation now than discover it in month three.
Access, early
Analytics, Search Console, ad accounts and your CRM. Without these the baseline is guesswork and nothing afterwards can be proven to have worked.
One decision-maker
Someone who can approve content and sign off strategy. Approval by committee is the single most common cause of a slow first quarter.
Photographs of real work
Yours, not stock. Real images consistently outperform purchased ones, and on a team page stock actively damages trust.
Honest numbers
What a customer is worth, and what you can afford to pay for one. Without these we are optimising toward the wrong target.
Timely approvals
A calendar with agreed approval windows. Content sitting unapproved for three weeks is the most common reason a month underdelivers.
Stage one
Stage one is you telling us what you need.
We reply to every enquiry within one working day.
